Step 2.

Select the Ellipse Tool will Instrument – The oval shape (tool Oval / key “U”) and create a circle. Color is not important.

Step 3.

Create another circle and move it to the right of the first. Also slightly reduce it.

Step 4.

Add another circle. See how the circles are located.

Step 5.

Add another circle. At this time, it is very small and is located just above the previous one.

Step 6.

To complete the form clouds, add a large circle. Once everything ready, place all layers into a single group and copy it, and then go to Layer> Merge Layers (Layer> Combine layers). You will have one layer with the cloud, and the following will be needed later.

Step 7.

Select cloud layer and go to Layer> Layer Style> Color Overlay (Layer> Style> Color Overlay). Use white color.

Step 12.

Here is the final result. Even now, it looks good.

Step 13.

Add depth to very easily. To begin with cloud opacity to 30%. Now make a selection of one of the wheels, and select a layer with cloud, copy it and go to Layer> Layer Mask> Reveal Selection (Layers> Layer Mask> Show selection). Move the layer below the cloud.

Step 14.

Select the layer mask with the circle that we created in the previous step and go to the Filter> Blur the> Gaussian Blur the (Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur). Put a radius of 20 pixels.

Step 15.

With the broadening of the circle looks gentle. If you want to select the circle, use less blur.

Step 16.

Do the same with the other circles. Note that you can unlink the layer mask on the layer and create other unique effects.

Step 17.

Here is the final result. Cloud looks fluffy. But that is not all.

Step 18.

Time to add a rainbow. I did it with the usual rectangles ( the Rectangle Tool will Tool – Rectangle (tool “Rectangle” / key “U”)). Then, I combined them in a single layer and applied Gaussian Blur ( Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur (Filter> Blur> Gauss)).

Step 19.

Make a selection and clouds create a new layer (the New Layer (Layer New / Shortcut keys “Ctrl + Shift + N”) ), fill it with the rainbow colors and apply a blur with a radius of Gauss 100 pixels. Place it under the other layers.

Step 20.

Copy the cloud twice. Reduce copy and display them horizontally (Ctrl + T). Thus, you will create a good composition. Please note that I did not copy the layer with the colors of the rainbow.

Step 21.

Add some text. I used the font Val and write any word in white.

Step 22.

Apply a layer style (the Blending the Options (Blending Options)), with parameters.
